Who we are

Information we collect

Information you give us

If you use the request form on our contact page, we collect what you type in: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the best time to call you, and a short message. The form asks you not to include medical details, and we ask the same here. Please save symptoms, diagnoses, test results and insurance numbers for your phone call with our office.

If you call the office, our phone line records the number you called from and the time of the call. Calls may be recorded for quality and training, and you will hear a notice when that happens.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours collects some technical details when you visit, such as your browser type, device type, the pages you view, the page that sent you here, and a general location based on your internet address. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. We turned off Google's advertising features, including Google signals and ad personalization. We do not use advertising pixels, remarketing, or session recording tools, and we do not send health information to analytics.

How we use information

• To call or email you back about your request and schedule a visit.
• To answer questions about referrals, insurance and our office.
• To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
• To keep the website secure and working.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and the office, and only for that purpose:

• Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the website.
• Google, for website analytics (Google Analytics) and for our office email (Google Workspace).
• Brevo, which delivers the email that sends your form request to our office.
• CallRail, which runs our office phone line and call tracking.

We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our patients, staff or the public.

Cookies and how to opt out

Google Analytics uses small files called cookies to tell one visit from another. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work. You can also install Google's opt-out tool at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common standard for it yet, so this site does not change how it works when it receives one. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request not to sell or share your information. Because we never sell or share personal information for advertising, that is already how the site works for everyone.

Your California privacy rights

California law lets you ask how a business shares personal information with third parties for their own marketing. We do not share personal information with anyone for their marketing. How we protect information

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we collect, including an encrypted (HTTPS) connection on every page. No website or email system is perfectly secure. Email and web forms are not a safe way to send medical information, which is why we ask you to share medical details by phone.

Children

This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. A parent or guardian should contact the office for a child.

Our pages link to other sites, such as hospitals, government agencies and professional directories. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your information. Please read their privacy policies.
